Developing solutions to habitat management problems has been a major element of the work of the Forum for the Application of Conservation Techniques (FACT). The ideas, techniques and machinery developed under its wing have now been brought together under one cover as the Practical Solutions Handbook. Problems grappled with range from scrub and tree removal to stock-handling. The handbook has been produced in a loose-leaf format for easy additions and updating.
