Adrian Parr has a general interest in wildlife but specialises in insects, and in particular the Odonata (dragonflies and damselflies), with which he has over 40 years’ experience both at home and abroad. Adrian has served as the County Dragonfly Recorder for Suffolk for the last ten years. In addition, he has interests in phenology and in both bird and insect migration, and runs the Migrant Dragonfly Project for the British Dragonfly Society (BDS). Arian is also a member of the BDS's Dragonfly Conservation Group, and publishes on dragonflies quite widely.
Adrian writes the annual round-up of migrant dragonfly news in the wildlife reports.
