Natural England's attempt to talk the people of Suffolk into accepting the giant bird was torpedoed earlier this year by an unholy alliance of the RSPB and local pig farmers. Apparently, the bird folk were worried that would eat 'their' Bitterns. The eagle is to be released into neighbouring Norfolk, this time with the enthusiastic support of the RSPB."
