Through a naturalist’s eyes

"This contribution is intended to inspire envy. It is being written on teh Antarctic island of South Georgia. (As an Overseas Territory and a rump of the Empire, its fauna could be regarded as British wildlife!) In the last issue I described how I watched a Peregrine Falcon from my bed. Through my window here I can watch, among other species, King Penguin and Southern Elephant Seal."
