Flying kites: a view from Wales

"I have had the pleasure of seeing Bog Asphodel flower again, in a wet basin in the nature reserve which I manage, for the first time since 2006. This success is down to extensive clearing of birch and willow, which has provided me with a source of wood to keep the home fires burning."
