The small cetaceans of Cardigan Bay

There is a widespread concern over the status of small cetaceans (small whales, dolphins and porpoises) in UK waters, especially with regard to such species as the Bottlenose Dolphin Tursiops truncatus and Harbour Porpoise Phocoena phocoena (Hutchinson 1996; Simmonds 1994).
