"One of the challenges of writing this page is to avoid writing yet another article about birds. They get more than their fair share of the press, which is not surprising, because they are visible and vocal and their habits are easy to observe. Other life-forms are equally fascinating but they are easily overlooked. So, last week, I headed for Titchwell Marsh, the RSPB reserve on the North Norfolk coast which is, of course, abounding in bird life."
