Twitcher in the Swamp

"To mark the wonderful victories at Twyford Down and Oxleas Wood, Greenwich, bonfires blaze on the village greens as happy naturalists clog-dance down the high street. These beautiful and interesting places, as yet untouched by grime and decay, are noted for chalkhill blue butterflies, ancient 'camps' and rare millipedes. Alas, they are also threatened (as you may recall) by some of these four-lane 'roads to prosperity' that our politicians are so fond of."
