Habitat management news

With declines in the populations of a number of woodland bird species (Gregory et al. 2002, The Population Status of Birds in the UK Birds of Conservation Concern 2002-2007), it is perhaps timely to remind people of the report Ancient Woodland on the Forestry Commission Estate in England.
