Habitat management news

Moths in farm woods and implications for management and creation schemes. A recent study has examined moth communities of woods in agricultural landscapes to assess the effects of the vegetation character (e.g. tree species richness), patch configuration (e.g. size and shape) and surrounding landscape (e.g. proportion of woodland cover) on moth assemblages and how this information can inform appropriate management.
